Please note that we require at least 24 hours notice for any order amendments. All amendments are at the discretion of our production team.

If you spot an error on your order confirmation,  please get in touch via the contact us page as soon as you can so that we can rectify the mistake before your order is made and sent out.

Delivery Questions

We deliver Nationwide using DPD.

We dispatch Monday to Friday with next working day delivery.

Once you have placed you order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Occasionally the confirmation email may find its way into your spam or trash folder. Please check these folders and allow plenty of time for the confirmation email to be sent through – it may not be received immediately.

If confirmation emails don’t arrive within an hour of placing your order, please go to the contact us page and let us know.

That’s not a problem, please contact us and we will help to rearrange. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to apply this change.

Please contact DPD directly to find out when your parcel will be delivered with the customer reference number you will have received when you ordered.

If you need further assistance please go to the contact us page. Our team are available Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm (excluding Public/bank holidays).

All of our stores and our Head Office/Production Facility are available for click and collect

Orders can be placed for delivery or C&C and you can select your delivery/collection date from available dates on the cart page.

Unfortunately no. All orders need to be placed by midday the day before (exclusions apply).

No, the person collecting your order will need your order reference number.

All of the eggs we use in our products are free range and locally sourced.

Our cookie slabs are A4 in size

Our products are made to order on the day they are sent out to you.

You can prolong the freshness by storing your items in an air tight container stored in a fridge.

Our icings are all vanilla flavoured except for brown which is chocolate.
